Last week our team welcomed 20 children attending the Firefly kindergarten at Aarhus.
Together with our leaders in flavour research and our cooks, they were thought all about the process of making delicious varieties of cookies. “This was a very healing day for all of us, our workers got to relax and connect while the children got to get their little hands busy kneading cookie dough” told us one of the workers at the Crunch Mysteries bakery.
We had a chance to show the little cookie lovers how we use different ingredients to make cookies they know and love. In our little workshop that day, they got everything from milks and eggs to various coloured sprinkles and different flavoured chocolate chip cookies. “The children particularly loved our blueberry chocolate chip cookies” Told us their teacher at the end of the day.
We also got a chance to see how creative the children would get with their cookies. We also asked the children to make their own cookies that they would like to see in the next months subscription box. We noticed that the cookie monster is particularly popular amongst children’s designs.
But when it comes to the flavour of the cookies, chocolate and coconut were a must! We were of course very careful of children’s allergies, so ingredients like peanuts were not provided, and for those allergic to eggs, we provided a healthy substitute. At the end of the day, we surprised the children with their own exclusive Crunch Mysteries boxes filled with some of our well received cookies! Many of the children were already big fans of our cookies, so you can imagine how excited they were.
We got many calls from parents afterwords telling us how grateful they were for the experience we provided to their child Look for all the colourful cookies designs the children had made in our next months exclusive subscription boxes!

Made the Funfetti cookies for my friends and now they think I’m a baking genius. Not telling them how easy it was!
